A Quilt for YaYa

I promised to make a quilt for both of my grandaughters that would be made from their baby clothes, well - at least cast offs since they were 3 and 4 years old.  I've started with Aiyana's (YaYa's) quilt since her birthday is in November.  Sophia's is soon to follow as her birthday is in January.  Julianne, their mom, brought me a huge sack of cast off clothes and I cut them up into strips to make string quilts.  I've saved all the buttons and bows to decorate the quilts when they're finished.  Here's a picture of YaYa's quilt beginning to take shape on my design board.
